Sweet and Sour Pork Noodles

Instructions
- Boil the egg noodles until al dente, rinse with cold water, drain, and set aside.
- Marinate the pork with all the marinade ingredients for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok or skillet, add garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the pork to the wok and cook until nearly done, then add bean sprouts and noodles.
- Stir in oyster sauce and combine everything, adding salt to taste.
- Cook until the bean sprouts are wilted but still crunchy, then serve.
