Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare two sheet pans with parchment paper.
- Trace circles on the parchment paper for uniform shell sizes.
- Measure ⅓ cup (1 ½ ounces) of shredded cheese for each circle and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 5 minutes, then swap the positions of the baking sheets.
- Continue baking for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese has holes and the edges are browned.
- Remove from the oven and blot with a paper towel before shaping the shells.
- Shape the shells over wooden spoons or a taco shaper and allow to cool.
