Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the phyllo shells across the baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, taco seasoning, refried beans, and cheddar cheese, mixing well.
- Spoon the filling into the phyllo cups evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then top with shredded lettuce and a quarter of a cherry tomato on each bite.
