Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy, then add and mix in the sour cream.
- Stir in the refried beans, taco seasoning, and 1 cup of shredded cheese until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and the cheese is melted.
- Top with pico de gallo and serve with tortilla chips.
