Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Heat olive oil in a small oven-safe pot over medium/high heat, then sauté onion, garlic, and salt until the onions are translucent.
- Add the remaining ingredients (except cheese) and mix, heating until hot. Then, add half of the cheese and mix until melted.
- Transfer to a casserole dish if desired, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, and bake for 5 minutes, optionally broiling for 1-3 minutes until the cheese fully melts.
