Serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, refried beans, taco seasoning, green chiles, sour cream, Greek yogurt, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
- Transfer the bean mixture into a baking dish and top with the remaining shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with chopped tomatoes, green onion, jalapenos, and cilantro.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
