Instructions
- Combine refried beans, water, and taco seasoning in a bowl and mix well.
- Spread the bean mixture evenly into the bottom of a small casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the grated Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses over the beans.
- Mash the avocados and mix in lime juice, onion powder, and garlic powder, then spread over the cheese.
- Dollop and spread the sour cream over the guacamole.
- Sprinkle crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, and sliced olives on top.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro, and season with black pepper.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
