Serving
Instructions
- Mix refried beans with water and taco seasoning until desired consistency is reached.
- Mash avocados with lime juice, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- In each cup, layer the bean mixture, followed by the avocado mixture, sour cream, salsa (if using), cheese, tomatoes, black olives, and green onions.
- Store in the refrigerator and serve with tortilla chips.
