- 4. Prepare drying stations with two glasses and wooden spoons while the cheese bakes.
- 5. Remove the cheese from the oven and let it cool on the baking sheet for about 1 minute.
- 6. Use a spatula to lift the cheese and hang it over the wooden spoons to cool and harden for about 5 minutes.
