Buffalo Baked Boneless Chicken Thighs

Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in a Ziploc bag or bowl.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium/low heat, then remove from heat.
- Whisk in buffalo sauce until combined.
- Add honey and whisk until dissolved, then add salt and pepper.
- Pour half of the buffalo sauce over the chicken and coat well.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, up to 6 hours.
- Preheat oven to 425ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Bake chicken thighs for 10 minutes.
- Brush with remaining buffalo sauce and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes until caramelized.
- Ensure internal temperature reaches 165ºF, then let rest for 10 minutes.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese and your favorite sides.
