Easy Buffalo Chicken Thighs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Season the chicken thighs lightly with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Bake the chicken in the oven for 35-40 minutes until cooked through.
- While the chicken cooks, mix all buffalo sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Once the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, brush the buffalo sauce on both sides.
- Serve immediately.
