Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Sauté the chopped celery, chopped onion, and minced garlic until softened.
- In a bowl, combine the sautéed vegetables with cooked brown rice and lightly steamed broccoli.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, coconut milk, and Herbamare seasoning.
- Combine all ingredients and pour the mixture into a greased 8x8 dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
