Instructions
- Prepare all dippers by cutting fruit and baked treats into bite-sized pieces and arrange them on a platter.
- In a small saucepan, heat the half-and-half over medium-high heat until it begins to simmer.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and add the chopped chocolate, letting it sit for a minute.
- Gently stir the chocolate until fully melted and smooth, adding more half-and-half if needed to adjust consistency.
- Stir in the espresso powder, vanilla extract, and liqueur, then transfer to a fondue pot.
- Serve warm with dippers.
