Ingredients

The chocolate sauce

  • 8 oz dark chocolate
  • 100 ml heavy whipping cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Dipping items

  • to taste fruits (e.g., strawberries, bananas) or marshmallows or cookies

Instructions

  1. Break the chocolate into pieces and add it to the heavy whipping cream and milk in a saucepan.
  2. Heat the saucepan over low heat, gently stirring until the mixture is fully melted.
  3. Add the butter and stir to combine it well with the chocolate sauce.
  4. Transfer the chocolate sauce to a fondue pot.
  5. Light the fondue burner and dip your favorite fruits, marshmallows, or cookies into the chocolate sauce to enjoy.
