Chocolate Fondue

candy (marshmallows, caramels, peanut brittle)
Instructions
- 1. Bring a saucepan of water to a gentle simmer and set a bowl over the top to create a double boiler.
- 2. Add heavy cream to the bowl and heat until hot to the touch.
- 3. Add chocolate and whisk until smooth.
- 4. Whisk in vanilla and add salt to taste if desired.
- 5. Transfer to a fondue pot and keep warm over low heat.
- 6. Serve with fresh fruit and other sweets.
