Instructions
- Mix together the mashed bananas, tahini, vanilla, ground flax, and maple syrup.
- Add in the quick oats, rolled oats, salt, and mini chocolate chips.
- Scoop the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet using a 1.5 tbsp cookie scoop, pressing the cookies down slightly.
- Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
- Let the cookies cool on the tray for 5 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
