Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Ripe Bananas, mashed
  • ¼ cup Tahini (or Almond Butter or Peanut Butter)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ¼ cup Ground Flax Seed
  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup (or honey)
  • cups Quick Oats
  • ½ cup Rolled Oats
  • ¼ tsp Kosher Salt
  • ¼ cup Mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Mix together the mashed bananas, tahini, vanilla, ground flax, and maple syrup.
  2. Add in the quick oats, rolled oats, salt, and mini chocolate chips.
  3. Scoop the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet using a 1.5 tbsp cookie scoop, pressing the cookies down slightly.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  5. Let the cookies cool on the tray for 5 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
