Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high.
- Coat the fava beans lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Grill the fava beans for 4-5 minutes on each side until charred.
- Spread the grilled beans on a platter and spoon the dressing over them.
- Sprinkle with fresh mint, parsley, and aleppo chili flakes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt or lemon juice as desired.
- Serve and enjoy with your fingers, like edamame.
