Ingredients
The meatballs

cloves
garlic, minced

ground beef

lb
ground pork sausage
¼
cup
almond flour

Italian seasoning

sea salt

tsp
ground pepper
The sauce
1
jar
sugar-free marinara sauce (25 oz jar)
Garnish and serving suggestions
to taste
fresh parsley, chopped (or basil)
to serve
zucchini noodles or other veggie noodles
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine all meatball ingredients and mix with your hands.
Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the lined baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked.
During the last 5 minutes of baking, heat the marinara sauce in a skillet.
Once the meatballs are done, transfer them to the skillet with marinara and toss to coat.
Serve the meatballs over zoodles or other veggie noodles, garnished with parsley.
