Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, add ground beef, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Add diced onion and cook until tender, then add minced garlic and cook briefly.
- Pour marinara sauce into the pan and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, parmesan, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread some sauce in the baking dish, then lay out lasagna noodles and spread ricotta mixture on each.
- Top with meat sauce, roll up the noodles, and place them in the baking dish.
- Spoon reserved sauce over the rolls, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and bake covered for 20 minutes, then uncovered for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
