Lasagna Rolls

The sauce and cheese

shredded reduced fat mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix spinach, ricotta, egg, Parmesan, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Spread 1 cup of sauce across the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Lay the cooked lasagna noodles flat and spread ⅓ cup of the ricotta mixture over each noodle.
- Roll each noodle and place seam side down in the baking dish.
- Spoon the remaining sauce over the rolls and top each with 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes until the cheese is melted.
