Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
- Arrange the salmon fillets on the baking sheet, leaving space between them, and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, dijon mustard, lemon zest, and minced garlic.
- Spread the glaze evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 11 to 14 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon, until cooked through.
- If desired, garnish with parsley before serving.
