Balsamic Glazed Salmon

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil and non-stick cooking spray.
- In a small skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the skillet, whisk together, and simmer until thickened.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet and brush generously with the glaze.
- Bake for 5 minutes, then baste with the glaze and continue baking for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
