Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by grinding sesame seeds and mixing them with tahini, lime juice, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and sriracha until creamy.
- Add warm water to the dressing to achieve desired consistency.
- Toss the grated apple with lemon or lime juice to prevent browning.
- Combine the green and red cabbage, carrots, apple, scallions, and cilantro in a large bowl.
- Drizzle half of the dressing over the slaw and mix until well coated, adding more dressing as desired.
- Serve with extra sesame seeds on top.
