Ingredients

The salad

  • 1 bag (10 oz) chopped coleslaw
  • 2 small radishes, julienned
  • cup green onions, chopped
  • cup cilantro, fresh, chopped

The dressing

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, fresh, peeled and minced
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice, fresh
  • 1 dash red bell pepper
  • to taste optional toasted sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw, radishes, green onions, and cilantro.
  2. In a blender, puree the soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, ginger, lime juice, and red bell pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture and mix until evenly coated.
  4. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds if desired and serve.
