Instructions
- Boil water and cook soba noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- Prepare the tofu by coating it in a mixture of bread crumbs, Parmesan, and salt after dipping in beaten eggs.
- Bake or pan-fry the breaded tofu until golden, then slice it into strips.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté green onions and chard until the greens wilt.
- Add the cooked soba noodles, garlic powder, and Parmesan to the skillet and mix well.
- Serve the noodles topped with sliced radishes and tofu.
