Instructions
- Line a baking tray or large plate with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour, cashew butter, and maple syrup, then fold in the sprinkles.
- Adjust the consistency by adding more coconut flour if too thin or milk/water if too thick.
- Using your hands, form small balls and place them on the parchment paper, pressing each ball into a cookie shape.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
