Wok-Seared Cashews with Scallions and Sesame

Instructions
- Heat a wok over medium heat and toast the cashews for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- If necessary, lower the heat to prevent burning.
- Once the cashews are toasted, add the peanut oil and increase the heat slightly.
- Add the minced ginger and garlic, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the chilies, soy sauce, salt, and sugar, and mix until dissolved.
- Remove from heat and toss with scallions and sesame seeds.
- Serve warm.
