Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the French bread lengthways.
- Whisk together the melted butter and minced garlic, then spread over the top of the bread.
- Bake the bread for 7-8 minutes until lightly toasted.
- Remove the bread from the oven, spread with tomato sauce, and add mozzarella, pepperoni, and Parmesan.
- Bake the pizza for another 7-8 minutes until the cheese has melted.
