Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Cut the French loaf in half lengthwise, then cut each half into two pieces.
- Place the pieces of French bread cut side up on a baking sheet.
- Spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each piece of bread.
- Top each piece with about 1 oz. (or ¼ cup) of shredded mozzarella.
- Add any additional toppings as desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are crispy.
- Serve hot.
