Instructions
- Prepare the baby meatballs by mixing the ground beef, parsley, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and crushed red pepper, then form into small meatballs and sear in olive oil.
- Assemble the French bread pizzas starting with marinara sauce, mozzarella, meatballs, and red bell pepper.
- For the prosciutto and pineapple pizza, spread marinara sauce, add mozzarella and pineapple, then top with prosciutto after baking.
- For the egg yolk and kale pizza, massage the kale with olive oil and salt, then layer it on the bread with cheese and egg yolks.
- For the mushroom and sage pizza, fry sage leaves in olive oil, then sauté mushrooms in the same pan, and assemble with garlic, mozzarella, sage, and mushrooms.
- For the prosciutto and arugula pizza, spread marinara sauce and top with mozzarella and prosciutto.
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and bake all pizzas for 10 to 12 minutes until the cheese melts and egg yolks set.
