Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- Slice the mushrooms and sauté with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until softened.
- Add the frozen spinach to the skillet and sauté until heated through and moisture has evaporated.
- Transfer the spinach and mushrooms to a bowl to cool.
- Make the garlic butter by mixing butter, olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, and salt.
- Cut the French bread in half length-wise and spread the garlic butter mixture on each piece.
- Combine half of the shredded cheese with the spinach and mushroom mixture, then divide it over the bread.
- Top with the remaining cheese and bake for about 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
