Steak & Mango Stir-Fry

Instructions
- Whisk together the water, lime juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, and cornstarch to make the sauce and set aside.
- Toss together the basil, cilantro, and mint and set aside.
- Sprinkle the flank steak with crushed red pepper and black pepper, then toss to combine.
- Heat half of the oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat, then add the steak and cook for 3-4 minutes until almost cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same skillet, heat the remaining oil and add the sliced onion, red bell pepper, and ginger. Cook for 1-2 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add the minced garlic, cooked steak, and cubed mango, then stir-fry until the steak is fully cooked.
- Add the sauce to the pan and cook until it thickens slightly.
- Serve immediately over rice and sprinkle with the herb mixture.
