Instructions
- Pat dry the red snapper with a paper towel to remove excess liquid.
- Rub both sides of the fish with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the grill to medium/high and brush with oil or grease a non-stick pan.
- Add the snapper and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sides become slightly opaque.
- Flip the fish and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove the fish from heat and serve immediately with lemon juice and parsley.
