One Pot Lemon Garlic Shrimp and Rice

Instructions
- Thaw and peel the shrimp if frozen or unpeeled.
- Juice half of the lemon and slice the rest for garnish.
- Mince the garlic and sauté it with butter in a skillet for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the rice and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until it begins to crackle.
- Add chicken broth, lemon juice, water, seasoning, and parsley; stir to combine.
- Cover the skillet and bring to a boil, then reduce to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, scatter the shrimp over the rice, cover, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before fluffing the rice and mixing in the shrimp.
- Serve hot, garnished with lemon slices and parsley.
