5 Minute Lemon Garlic Shrimp

Instructions
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the shrimp and sprinkle with salt and pepper, cooking for about 1 minute without stirring.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds while stirring.
- Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, cooking for 2 minutes while stirring until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Toss with fresh parsley and salt to taste, then serve over your choice of rice, mashed potatoes, pasta, or cauliflower rice.
