Ingredients

The shrimp

  • 21 oz extra-large raw tiger shrimp, peeled and cleaned

The sauce

  • 4 large garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup ghee
  • ½ cup light chicken stock
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley or cilantro, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Melt the ghee in a sauté pan over medium-low heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper, cooking for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the chicken stock and lemon juice, bringing to a simmer.
  4. Add the shrimp, stirring quickly, and cover the pan.
  5. Cook the shrimp until completely pink and no longer translucent, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with your choice of side.
