Zingy Turmeric Ginger Lemonade with Mint

Instructions
- 1. Bring water to a light boil and add in spices, then boil again for a minute.
- 2. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before straining the liquid.
- 4. Pour the strained liquid into a pitcher and mix in lemon juice and sweetener.
- 5. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint, then store in the fridge.
