Instructions
- 1. Bloom the gelatin by adding ½ cup of fruit juice to a bowl and sprinkling the gelatin on top, whisk briefly.
- 2. Stir in ½ cup of boiled water until smooth, ensuring no visible chunks remain.
- 3. Whisk in the remaining 3 cups of fruit juice and prepare an 8-inch square pan by spraying it with oil and lining it with parchment paper.
- 4. Pour the mixture into the pan and remove excess bubbles with a slotted spoon.
- 5. Chill in the fridge for about 4 hours until firm, then slice and serve.
