Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons grass-fed gelatin
  • ½ cup boiled water (or boiled fruit juice)

Instructions

  1. 1. Bloom the gelatin by adding ½ cup of fruit juice to a bowl and sprinkling the gelatin on top, whisk briefly.
  2. 2. Stir in ½ cup of boiled water until smooth, ensuring no visible chunks remain.
  3. 3. Whisk in the remaining 3 cups of fruit juice and prepare an 8-inch square pan by spraying it with oil and lining it with parchment paper.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into the pan and remove excess bubbles with a slotted spoon.
  5. 5. Chill in the fridge for about 4 hours until firm, then slice and serve.
