Instructions
- 1. In a large saucepan, bring the juice and honey to a gentle simmer.
- 2. Slowly pour in the gelatin while whisking to prevent clumping.
- 3. Turn off the heat and continue whisking until well combined.
- 4. Pour the mixture into an 8-inch by 8-inch glass dish.
- 5. Freeze for at least 1 hour or refrigerate for at least 3 hours before slicing and serving.
