Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 1 teaspoon gelatin
  • 1 can (13 oz) full-fat coconut milk
  • ¼ cup honey
  • teaspoon vanilla liquid stevia
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the gelatin in water according to the package instructions.
  2. Add the gelatin water to a blender along with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Puree the mixture until smooth.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly between 5 glasses.
  5. Refrigerate until set for at least 2 hours.
