Homemade Vegan Jello

Ingredients

  • 4 cups juice of choice
  • 3-4 teaspoons agar agar powder
  • ΒΌ cup sweetener (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a square baking dish with oil or parchment paper.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil while whisking constantly for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Once boiling, allow to boil for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and refrigerate for about 2 hours until set.
  5. Serve the jello.
