Homemade Vegan Jello

Instructions
- Prepare a square baking dish with oil or parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil while whisking constantly for 3-5 minutes.
- Once boiling, allow to boil for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and refrigerate for about 2 hours until set.
- Serve the jello.
