Instructions
- Grease an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper.
- Pour the fruit juice into a small saucepan and add the agar agar flakes.
- Bring the juice to a boil, then lower the heat and whisk until the agar flakes dissolve, about 5 minutes.
- Pour the liquid into the prepared dish or individual bowls and refrigerate to set for at least 2 hours.
- Once set, slice into squares or use cookie cutters for fun shapes.
