Fresh Lemon-Blueberry Dutch Baby

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and place a cast iron skillet over low heat.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and transfer it to a blender.
- Add the milk, flour, eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt, and lemon zest to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in the skillet, then add the blueberries and shake the skillet.
- Pour the batter over the blueberries and transfer the skillet to the oven.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Remove from the oven, dust with confectioners sugar, and serve with maple syrup if desired.
