Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and blend the eggs until frothy.
- Add milk, flour, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and salt to the eggs and blend until smooth.
- Heat a cast-iron skillet in the oven for 10 minutes, then add butter to coat the pan.
- Pour the batter into the hot skillet and bake for 25-30 minutes without opening the oven door.
- Whisk cream, maple syrup, and salt until soft peaks form.
- Top the Dutch baby with whipped cream and fresh berries, and drizzle with more syrup if desired.
