The batter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and place the skillets inside to preheat.
- In a blender, combine eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract; blend until smooth.
- Add flour and salt to the blender and pulse once more to combine.
- Add a tablespoon of butter to each mini skillet or all of it to a large skillet, swirling to coat the sides.
- Pour the batter into the skillets and bake for 20-30 minutes until puffy and golden.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately, dusted with powdered sugar and topped with berries.
