Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Blend the milk, eggs, flour, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla, and granulated sugar until combined.
- Melt the butter in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the batter into the skillet and transfer it to the oven.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until puffed and set.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately with strawberries if desired.
