Cucumber Salad

green serrano chiles, stemmed and minced

black mustard seeds

Instructions
- Chop cucumbers and mix them with chiles, peanuts, coconut, lemon juice, and sugar in a bowl just before serving.
- Melt ghee in a skillet, add mustard seeds until they sputter, then add cumin for a few seconds.
- Remove from heat, stir in salt, and mix with the salad.
- Serve topped with chopped cilantro.
