Ingredients

  • 2 whole English cucumbers
  • ½ large red onion
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar

Instructions

  1. 1. Thinly slice the cucumbers and red onion.

  3. 3. Chill the salad for 20 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  4. 4. Transfer to a serving bowl, leaving excess water behind.
