Cucumber Dill Salad

The salad

The dressing

Instructions
- 1. Slice cucumbers and sprinkle with sugar and salt; let sit for 5-7 minutes.
- 2. Drain excess liquid from cucumbers.
- 3. Add red onion and dill to the cucumbers.
- 4. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, black pepper, and olive oil.
- 5. Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and mix gently.
- 6. Let the salad sit for 10 minutes before serving.
