The Dressing

white wine vinegar

honey or agave nectar

sea salt
Garnish

chopped fresh dill

Chopped fresh chives, optional

Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Thinly slice the cucumbers and red onion. Toss them with vinegar, honey, and salt in a large bowl. Chill for 20 minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl, leaving excess water behind. Garnish with dill, chives, and pepper. Serve.
